Plot[]
After Tohru was defeated by Lucoa, Tohru decided to train with Elma. Elma then wants to stop as it is getting dark and she has to work tomorrow and asks Tohru to come over to her place to talk about their battle over dinner. Tohru declines as she has to make dinner but Kobayashi stops her saying she'll take Kanna and Illulu out to eat since its good to hang out with friends. Kobayashi knows that both reconciled but still put their personal lives over their friendships and hears a voice that maybe she's a little envious of them. Kobayashi realizes she is talking to something that was stuck inside Tohru. Elma and Tohru arrive to Elma's apartment and Tohru didn't know she lived so close to work as well as if she knows how to cook. Elma gets offended as she was the one who cooked during their travels though Tohru thinks her skills have surpassed Elma's and helps cook. When the meal is ready, both women eat though Tohru thinks Elma's cooking is the same and Elma says Tohru's miso is amazing. She wishes Tohru could cook for her though Tohru comments she is Kobayshi's maid, not Elma's. The silence while both girls eat reminds Tohru of old times of just being together when she didn't have anything to say, though now she is bored and asks Elma to say something, Elma apologizes as she was reminded of their past and asks why Tohru wants to get stronger as she is already so powerful. Tohru responds she wants to be the strongest because she won't have to yield to anyone and Elma isn't surprised as they both have always been simple, which angers Tohru. Elma responds unlike her as she has a position to consider so strength isn't enough. The bath is soon ready and Tohru gets inside, thinking why was Elma acting so strange and Elma walks in, joining Tohru in the bath. Elma starts eating eggs in the bath saying they taste better in there, asking if Tohru wants to join as Elma also brought sake. Tohru remarks the sake tastes good wanting to bring some for Kobayashi so Elma tells her to take some. Tohru realizes Elma is acting strange as Elma never parts food easily and Elma answers its because they are close though Tohru doesn't know what their relationship is. Elma says they are friends even though they were from different factions from the opposite sides of war who fought until Elma cried and became closer than ever before. Tohru is surprised at the new kind of silence that appears on Elma's face and shouts her heart is with Kobayashi, but Elma already knows which surprises Tohru. Elma changes the subject that they can train more tomorrow so they should sleep, Even though there is one bed, they decide to share it and Tohru thinks about why Elma looked so lonely.
