Together With You (Well, If We Get Along) (君と一緒に（まあ気が合えばですが）, Kimi to Issho ni (Mā Ki ga Aeba Desu ga)) is the fifth episode of season two and the nineteenth episode of the Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon anime series overall. This episode first aired in Japan on August 5, 2021.

Synopsis

Elma and Tohru snarl at each other every time they meet in the shopping district. Miss Kobayashi is exasperated at that typical scene, but they mention it wasn't like that when they first met. Even though they get along like oil and water now, their first encounter took place long, long ago. It happened way back when Tohru was traveling by herself through the other world...

Trivia

Anime and Manga Differences

• In Chapter 51, Kanna and Riko do not accompany Tohru and Ilulu to Ms. Aida's shop.
• During the job search, Tohru mentions that Ilulu can use the perception-blocking spell. This is not the case in the manga, where Ilulu is seen trying to learn it in Chapter 56.
• There is an added anime-only scene that references the last panel in the first chapter of Elma's Office Lady Diary, in which Tohru and Elma used to travel together.
