In Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, dragons are split into different factions. There are the Chaos, Harmony, and Spectating factions.[1]

"Chaos Forces" (混沌勢) seeks to kill and destroy all humans and their civilizations and also destroy the gods. Notable members of the Chaos faction include:

Harmony/Order[]
"Harmony/Order Forces" (調和勢) has the objective of stopping the Chaos faction in order for humans to live among dragons and worship the gods. Notable members of the Harmony/Order faction include:
Clemene is specifically part of the Dragon Slayer subgroup which is led by one of the three personas of Jida. This subgroup has the more radical aim of eliminating all opposition groups, essentially being "Harmony in name only".
Spectation[]
"Bystander Forces" (傍観勢) are completely neutral, they do not intervene with the other factions' affairs. Lucoa is the only known dragon so far who belongs to this faction.
