Customer Satisfaction (This Is How It Should Be) (顧客満足度（こんなので良いんだよ)) is the 12th episode of the Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon spin-off anime.

Tohru makes a bento for Kobayashi.
Plot Overview[]
Tohru tells Kobayashi that she wants to make her a bento for her work. Kobayashi responds that she does not want any tail meat. Kobayashi opens her first bento and notices what looks like tail meat. She then finds a note left that says its fake tail meat made out of tofu. Kobayashi returns the bento and says she wants no fake tail meat either. Kobayashi's second bento reveals food that was designed to look like Tohru. Kobayashi again returns the bento saying it was hard to eat. Kobayashi's third bento reveals four different types of food crammed inside. Kobayashi mentions to Tohru that it was too much. Tohru's last bento is opened to show a more normal looking food, with Kobayashi approving it and mentioning that she likes it.
