Time Signal (It's Convenient in a Sense) (時報（ある意味便利です) is the 8th episode of the Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon spin-off anime.
Summary[]
Elma is starving at work, but her co-workers come to her rescue with some snacks that they have on hand.
Plot Overview[]
Elma's stomach starts to grumble at exactly noon, which is noted by Kobayashi as a natural alarm clock of the sort. Apparently, Elma is financially strapped due to her gluttonous ways. So Kobayashi gives her some Rice Crackers. Again at 3pm, Elma is hungry and this time Makoto gives her a manju bun, and finally, at 8 pm, her fellow co-workers give her some of their spare snacks.
