Mr. Magatsuchi (真ヶ土さん, Magatsuchi-san) is the husband of Saori Magatsuchi and the father of Shouta Magatsuchi.

Mr. Magatsuchi has neatly combed midnight blue hair and eyes.
He wears a button-up off-white color shirt.
Personality[]
Mr. Magatsuchi is an enigmatic man who is strict with his employees as is shown by running a black company, but has shown a genuine concern for Shouta Magatsuchi and is appreciative of the assistance given to Shouta by his employees Kobayashi, Makoto Takiya and Elma. He has entrusted Kobayashi to watch over Shouta on more than one occasion.

Mr. Magatsuchi founded a business with a programming language that is similar to his magic.
Plot[]
Mr. Magatsuchi is the director of the company that Kobayashi, Makoto Takiya and Elma work for, Jigokumeguri System Engineering. It is implied that he is the creator of the programming language that is used at the company, and that this programming language is heavily based on the magic that human mages use.
Mr. Magatsuchi summons Kobayashi, Takiya and Elma to his office to discuss Elma's working conditions improvement plan, as well as discuss Shouta Magatsuchi's relationship to the three of them.
It is Mr. Magatsuchi who offers to allow Kobayashi to explore the magical side of society further. He goes as far as to send her to the mage school with Shouta, and appears to be interested in helping her improve her magical abilities.

Mr. Magatsuchi is Kobayashi's programming manager. Even though not seen together, Kobayashi is tasked to look after his son Shouta Magatsuchi at times.

Mr. Magatschi and Tohru's father are friends where Mr. Magatsuchi continuously gives updates about Tohru and Kobayashi to him.
Shouta Magatsuchi[]
He loves and cares for his son as any father and mother would, he also sometimes asks Kobayashi to look after him.
Etymology[]
- The surname Magatsuchi means "real, genuine" (真) (ma) and "soil, earth" (土) (tsuchi).
