Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Animal (小林さんちのアニマルドラゴン Kobayashi-san Chi no Animaru Doragon) is the second episode of the Miss Kobayashi's Dragon 〇〇 Something anime miniseries. It was released on April 19, 2017 via the second Blu-ray/DVD compilation volume for the first season of the Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid anime.[1]
Synopsis[]
Tohru, Kanna, and Kobayashi make a special themed around animals with Lucoa's help. The different animals used are Cat, Bear, Sea Otter, Bunny, Dragon, Koala, and Milk Cow.
Plot Overview[]
Tohru states that this episode will be focusing on an animal theme. Before they start, Tohru announces that Lucoa will be a guest for this episode, explaining the decision to Kobayashi that the specials won't last if there are only three people.
Kobayashi-san Chi no "Cat" Dragon: Tohru and Kanna are both dressed in similar cat-themed outfits with cat tails and ears, whereas Lucoa is dressed in a skimpy bikini with cat ears on her head. Kobayashi points out how Lucoa seems to have put little thought into her costume, while Lucoa remains ignorant and denies it. Tohru and Kanna begin cuddling with Kobayashi, however, they suddenly run away from her and begin to throw up.

Kobayashi-san Chi no "Bear" Dragon: Kanna and Tohru are dressed up in bear costumes, while Lucoa is wearing the same bikini from earlier, but with bear ears. Kobayashi points out that Lucoa did not change anything, however Lucoa objects stating that she is a proper bear while the camera focuses on her ears. Tohru starts eating a fish while Kobayashi points out that it's still alive. Kanna then grabs a beehive, which causes some bees to begin chasing Kobayashi.
Kobayashi-san Chi no "Sea Otter" Dragon: Lucoa is in a swim tube while wearing a clamshell bikini top, and Kobayashi points out that there isn't anything sea otter-like about her outfit. Lucoa points out that there are seashells on her breasts, prompting Kobayashi to point out that sea-otters aren't like that. Kanna and Tohru are both dressed in sea otter costumes, and are holding hands while hitting shells on their stomachs with a rock. Annoyed that the shells aren't breaking, Kanna and Tohru eventually begin biting the shells.
Kobayashi-san Chi no "Bunny" Dragon: Tohru and Lucoa are dressed in playboy bunny outfits, so Kobayashi points out that they aren't dressed as real bunnies.

Kobayashi-san Chi no "Dragon" Dragon: Kanna, Tohru, and Lucoa are all dressed in dragon costumes, prompting Kobayashi to point out that there is no point in wearing them.
Kobayashi-san Chi no "Koala" Dragon: Kanna and Tohru are both dressed as Koalas while clinging to a tree, but Kobayashi notices that Lucoa is nowhere to be seen. Lucoa then appears without her clothes and with black body paint all over her body to look like cow spots, announcing that the next theme is Kobayashi-san Chi no "Milk Cow" Dragon. She is then apprehended by Kanna dressed in a police outfit following orders from Kobayashi. Satisfied with getting enough content, Tohru ends the episode there.
